Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Assistance Team as soon as possible. If the item has been returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item. If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item and the shipping cost. In such circumstances, you can either request a promo code equivalent to the amount, or a refund, which will be made within four weeks of receipt of the item at the MS FYOR.COM warehouse. If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item at the MS FYOR.COM warehouse. If payment was cash on delivery, we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
