Exchange & Returns

MS FYOR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our policy regarding exchanges, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Sale/Discounted Items

  • All sale or discounted items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

  • Size Change: If the size of the product you purchased does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is unavailable, we will inform you of your options.

Returns

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and any included accessories intact.

Return Process

  1. Please wait at least 24 hours after receiving your order for delivery information to be updated on your account.
  2. Once the information has been updated, you can initiate the return request.
  3. Upon receiving the returned product, our warehouse will inspect it to ensure it is in perfect condition.
  4. Any loss of value due to damage or missing components will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for properly returned items that meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be completed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer. Please email us your purchase details along with the necessary bank account information (Account holder’s name, IBAN, and BIC/SWIFT code). Allow up to 15 days for the transfer to be completed.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via the original payment method used. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be completed.
